This is a pivotal role within the senior leadership team, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insight to the board and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Partner with operational teams to support commercial decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Lead on cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and cost control initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors.
