Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an experienced Head of Finance for the Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership to shape financial strategy and support high-quality health services across the region. This senior leadership role reports to the Chief Finance Officer and offers a hybrid working pattern and a chance to influence decisions at the partnership level.

You will lead a high-performing finance team, partner with senior stakeholders, drive financial sustainability and develop strategies

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of NHS Finance to join the Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) at a pivotal time for public sector finance.

This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy as a key member of the leadership team, influence decision-making, and directly support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services across the region.

About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer within the HSCP you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial management and supporting strategic priorities across clinical and corporate services.
