Overview

A leading manufacturing company that is in a unique position is looking to recruit a newly created Head of Finance role. Reporting to a dynamic and passionate MD, you will be instrumental in moving the business forward. As Head of Finance you will work closely with the MD to ensure that the finance function is robust to keep up with business growth, along with business partnering with technical areas of the business and developing strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the 5 year plans.
• Oversee audit and annual stock take.
• Be the main point of contact for the bank and develop relationships with potential investors.
• Maintain prompt budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain robust controls over the financial systems.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role you MUST be ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified and a background in manufacturing is essential. A hands on approach is equally essential and you will very much be at the "coal-face". Strong IT skills are a pre-requisite and system ERP would be an advantage.
