Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Head of Finance based in Edinburgh paying £60,000 - £70,000.

The Role

The Head of Finance will step into a well-established and high-performing finance function, with the opportunity to lead its evolution from ‘good’ to ‘great’. This pivotal role will hold end-to-end responsibility for the financial operations of the business, while also playing a key role in shaping strategy, direction, and decision-making through active engagement with the Senior Leadership Team.

The key components will include:

SLT interaction and business partnering
Production and presentation of management accounts
Assisting with statutory accounts, returns and compliance
Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with taxation returns
Managing transactional finance and employees – accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and payroll
Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems

On Offer

The role of Head of Finance is based in Edinburgh with the employer willing to consider applications that will be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, however they can choose to be in the office 4-5 days also as there is a regular business support & operations presence daily.

The Head of Finance position will offer a salary of £60,000 - £70,000
