Our client is a leading manufacturer/distributor in the UK and well-known within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Finance to take a strategic role within the business and manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations such as invoicing and financial reporting
• Manage stock and enhance stock strategy
• Attend management meetings and brief colleagues on finance updates
• Buy and sell in foreign currency
• Liaise with key stakeholders within the business
• Coordinate with retailers, wholesalers, online stockists, and distributors

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing stock finances
• Strong understanding of cash flow management
• Excellent technical accounting skills
• Knowledge of currency exchange (euros, pounds, dollars, yen)
• Experience working with wholesalers, retailers, and trade counters
