Head of Finance | FMCG/Manufacturing | Office Based | North Manchester/Lancashire

A rapidly growing FMCG business is looking for a commercially astute Head of Finance to lead their UK finance function. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role with full ownership of financial operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team
• Driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Supporting margin improvement, cost control, and performance tracking
• Overseeing cash flow, treasury, and liquidity
• Managing standard costing and variance analysis
• Ensuring full compliance across tax, payroll, and internal controls
• Partnering with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in FMCG
• A strong grasp of operational and commercial finance in multi-site settings
• The ability to influence cross-functionally and lead teams effectively
• A commitment to up to 5 days a week in the office
• PE exposure is a plus
