An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to step into the role of Head of Family Office for an UHNW principal based in Central London. This pivotal position involves leading an established family office, overseeing financial affairs, HR, and property interests with strategic insight and discretion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive family office experience, coupled with a strong legal or financial background.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Cash flow management, planning and budgeting
  2. HR and Payroll
  3. Governance
  4. Recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing team to support the family’s goals
  5. Establishing and managing relationships with key contacts and external professionals
  6. Oversight of legal matters, liaising with lawyers, ensuring the family’s interests are protected
  7. Strategic oversight, developing and executing plans which align with the family’s vision
Requirements:

  2. Leadership and management skills
