Our focus is on ensuring the best possible student experience, from the beginning of their journey with us as prospective students through to enrolment, so that our students can thrive in our diverse and inclusive community in central London.

The Global Student Recruitment and Admissions directorate delivers marketing, student recruitment and admissions services in partnership with Faculties, creating strategies to attract growing numbers of students from across global markets, as well as from the UK.

About the role

Heads of Faculty Marketing are the front face of Global Student Recruitment and Admissions, responsible for working with their dedicated faculty/faculties to deliver student recruitment numbers and income.

Through expert understanding of the faculty/faculties and their strategic recruitment targets you will work with stakeholders to lead and manage the co-creation of effective recruitment plans that build new student awareness, grow applicant numbers and ensure effective conversion to acceptance and enrolment into the university.

With excellent knowledge of the metrics which support the student recruitment journey and the marketing funnel you will identify priorities, shape solutions and lead your team in the delivery of the projects embedded within recruitment plans.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the Global Student Recruitment and Admissions team and stakeholders both across the university and externally, to ensure recruitment campaigns deliver to student recruitment targets and effectively demonstrate a return on investment.

You will take a long-term and strategic view of your faculty / faculties' needs, contributing to their recruitment, portfolio, and student population targets, and considering their competitive set and business goals.

This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract
