Job Description:

The Head of Facultative Great Britain oversees multiple Facultative teams including Property, Casualty/Financial Lines, and Construction. The GB Facultative business focuses on serving UK cedants and international clients in London.

• Provide strategic advice to Facultative clients in GB and internationally.
• Connect with the Global Direct & Facultative Network to provide solutions to cedants and colleagues.
• Grow the GB Facultative book of business.
• Develop creative risk solutions across multiple product lines.
• Manage the GB Facultative annual budget.
• This role reports directly to the Head of Direct & Facultative Global Line of Business.

The Role:

• Set growth strategies and lead new business initiatives.
• Contribute to resolving complex placement and claims issues.
• Attract and develop top-tier broking talent, including senior hires.
• Maintain senior-level market relationships.
• Create new products to meet client needs and evolving exposures.
• Participate in industry panels, webinars, and social media engagement.
• Lead marketing campaigns and quarterly market updates.
• Define strategic goals for the GB Facultative business.
• Fulfill Certified Person responsibilities under the SMCR regime.
• Build relationships across the Risk & Broking segment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with WTW policies and regulatory requirements.
