Qualificações

• Strong communication, budgeting and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee standardised cleaning and service processes and best practices.
• Monitor and improve service delivery to meet client expectations.
• Lead team development and retention initiatives across national operations.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations with proper governance and audits.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and back-office alignment.
