I have partnered once again with a PBSA platform based in the North West of England; we are now working together to find a Head of Facilities Management.

After successfully placing two professionals in new roles within the property team in 2024, the company is committed to further growth and is seeking a professional with at least 5-6 years of experience managing an Operational Real Estate Portfolio. This position will oversee the wider Facilities team and be responsible for designing and implementing strategies during an ambitious growth period.

Your success will depend on ensuring the effective delivery and management of Facilities and Energy management services across the portfolio, including maintenance, Health and Safety, and continuous service improvement to maximize value for money.

Salary circa £45,000 - £60,000 + Package.
