Job Description:

Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals, Airbus is seeking a Head of Facilities Management and Real Estate Business Partners. This role is part of the FMRE organisation at the Belfast site, where you will act as the main point of contact for FMRE related topics, coordinating services from maintenance to strategic construction projects.

You will provide operational direction, integrate technical teams, and ensure the delivery of world-class facilities and services to internal customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop existing facilities and accommodate new buildings to meet evolving business needs and increased production demands.

How You Will Contribute To The Team
  • Work with the site manager and building custodians to define and lead effective site/building process routines and follow-up actions.
  • Manage action recording, follow-up, and communication to wider business areas on facility management topics.
  • Act as the key interface for facilities management at the local business level during working groups.
  • Support the site by managing reactive and unplanned issues across the plant.
  • Lead the team to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
About You
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Proven experience in facility management or building & construction, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations is preferred.
  • Basic financial understanding and project management fundamentals.
