A leading company in leisure and hospitality is seeking a Head of Facilities to oversee the upkeep and sustainability of its parks and amenities. This permanent position, based in Christchurch, involves leading a team to ensure efficient operations and champion sustainability initiatives. As Head of Facilities you will betake ownership of the upkeep, maintenance, and sustainability of our sites. Lead a team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring our parks, golf courses, and amenities operate smoothly and efficiently. Drive our sustainability agenda, oversee procurement processes, and ensure continuous improvement in operational systems.

This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is based at our Group Support office in Christchurch, but travel will be required as part of the role.
