Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate facilities professional to join our Operations team. The role involves working closely with the Director of Operations to ensure the smooth running of facilities and estates across the site, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for young people.
The post holder will collaborate with operational managers to promote a positive health, safety, and sustainability culture, while focusing on excellent customer service for pupils, parents, and staff. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, an enabling attitude, and be capable of managing projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. An innovative and inspirational leader with strong advocacy, negotiation, and presentation skills is essential to manage change and enhance performance.
