We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Facilities at Holme Lacy House Hotel.

What will I be doing?

As the Head of Facilities, you will lead your managers and be responsible for ensuring the grounds and hotel surroundings look immaculate all year round, while maintaining the highest standards in guest room presentation. You will work with the General Manager to deliver the best living space for our live-in teams.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place for unforeseen incidents
• Leadership skills to foster team growth and development
• Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly
• Experience in driving financial success, guest service, and maintaining safety and security
• Proven track record in leading maintenance, grounds, facilities, and housekeeping teams to meet guest expectations
• Responsibility for the hotel’s maintenance needs

What skills do I need?

• Experience managing a multifaceted department
• Experience working with external contractors
• Responsibility for managing P&L, controlling costs, and identifying savings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits
