Thesleff Group is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Head of Events to lead and oversee the strategic planning, execution, and growth of events across our renowned portfolio. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate our events offering, ensuring world-class experiences across all venues while fostering creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Thesleff Group operates Los Mochis restaurants in Notting Hill & London City, the iconic Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, and the vibrant Viajante87 cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill. With private dining, exclusive celebrations, and corporate gatherings at the core of our brand, we aim to create unforgettable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for events across all Thesleff Group venues, aligning with the company's overall goals and brand identity.
  • Lead and inspire the events team, ensuring seamless delivery of all events from conception to execution, while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including leadership, marketing, and external partners, to design bespoke event concepts and experiences.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, including private dining, large-scale corporate gatherings, and exclusive celebrations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage budgets, set financial goals, and track event performance to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and collaborators to strengthen Thesleff Group's reputation for outstanding events.
  • Establish best practices for event processes and workflows, ensuring consistency and quality across all venues.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote event offerings and grow the brand's profile through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
  • Analyse feedback, monitor industry trends, and implement improvements to continuously enhance the events programme.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior events role, such as Head of Events, ideally within the hospitality, luxury, or events-driven industries.
  • A strong track record of planning, managing, and delivering exceptional events on a large scale.
