THE ROLE

Leading the logistics team, you will oversee large-scale logistics projects, including conferences and incentives on multi-million-pound projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing logistics team and freelance resources
  • Supporting logistics aspects of pitches
  • Managing client relationships
  • Identifying resource needs, workflow management, and event specifications
  • Ensuring projects meet targets for turnover and gross margin
  • Preparing and managing project budgets and timelines
