Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of European Marketing to lead growth and brand promotion across Europe, serving intermediary, institutional, and retail clients. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role involves developing multi-channel marketing strategies, leading a regional marketing team, and collaborating with global marketing leaders. The position offers a hybrid work model, balancing remote and office work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop regional marketing strategies in collaboration with regional and global leaders to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Intermediary Marketing: Create targeted marketing plans for the European intermediary business, managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse marketing team of 25 professionals across multiple disciplines.
  • Metrics & Compliance: Establish clear marketing KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Client Experience: Coordinate with external partners and improve client engagement through various channels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 15+ years in marketing communications, preferably within asset management or financial services.
  • Proven leadership in digital marketing, omni-channel campaigns, and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Tableau; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understanding of ETF distribution and regulatory environment.
