We are looking for a Head of Finance for a 15 month FTC to cover maternity leave. The role will encompass the full annual cycle of financial events and will be key in leading the Europe Finance team throughout this journey.
The role is crucial in liaising with the Europe management team and key stakeholder management will be a key requirement.
The successful candidate will:
• Be responsible for leading the Europe Finance team which consists of 8 team members
• Work closely with the COO of Europe and managing key stakeholder relationships
• Hold relevant Finance qualifications and experience to enable them to hit the ground running
• Be responsible for running the annual budget process, budget forecasting, the year end process and management of the team
• Desirably have an insurance background as this will enable them to understand the business quicker
• Be happy working in the London office 4 days per week – Monday to Thursday
• Be happy with occassional travel to Europe when required, this would be 1-2 nights
