HANetf is Europe’s first full service white label ETP firm. We provide all the functions and services necessary to set up, manage, and grow ETPs for third-party asset managers.
The business was established in 2017, with its first ETF launched in November 2018. We currently manage over ≠$5bn in AUM across 21 ETFs, 5 commodity ETCs, and 9 crypto funds for clients in Europe, Canada, and the US. Our product focus is on the ‘value-added’ end of the ETF market, including active, niche, and thematic ETFs. Our product range encompasses commodities, equities, active strategies, new indices, and existing indices.
The ultimate goal is to expand to approximately 100-200 ETFs and serve 40 to 50 clients across the full spectrum of ETFs—equities, bonds, and alternatives.
The Capital Markets Director will assist the Head of Capital Markets at HANetf. This role involves engaging with third-party asset management ETF clients before and after ETF launches on the HANetf platform, and managing a small team within the capital markets division. The initial reporting line will be to the Head of Business Development, a highly experienced ETF Capital Markets professional.
The team acts as the central contact point for primary and secondary market ETF activities, overseeing trading of HANetf ETFs and ETCs. It manages relationships with Authorised Participants (APs), investment banks, brokers, exchanges, and market makers involved in HAN ETFs. The team also provides insights on ETF execution and investor education.
The primary aim is to maintain a broad panel of on-screen, paid market makers to support current and future products, continuously managing and refreshing this list.
Compensation includes a competitive salary, performance bonus, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
