About the role
As part of our ambitious growth strategy, including acquiring and developing new clients and venues across Europe, the Head of Estates Operations will lead our Estates team. This role ensures the effective maintenance of facilities, compliance with lease conditions, and overall estate upkeep.
You will support the Estates Director in managing the team, implementing an Estates Hub strategy, and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance. Additionally, you will drive service excellence for internal and external stakeholders, manage small capital works projects, and oversee the successful implementation of a new CAFM system.
This is a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for artists, promoters, and guests across our UK venues.
