The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has been a leader in gardening for over 200 years. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects at RHS Garden Bridgewater and RHS Garden Harlow Carr, managing significant building and infrastructure projects that support RHS's vision. Responsibilities include managing consultant teams, liaising with local partners, and ensuring projects are delivered professionally, on time, and to high standards.

What we are looking for

• Experienced professional with senior experience in delivering major capital projects. RICS, CIOB, or RIBA qualification or working towards one preferred.
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently across two sites.
• Experience in charity, heritage, or environmental sectors is a plus but not essential.
