Job summary

Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) seeks an experienced Head of Estates to provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex healthcare estate. Reporting to the Associate Director of Estates, you’ll lead safe, compliant, and resilient Estates Services while steering strategy, investment, sustainability, and service improvement.

Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is seeking an experienced Head of Estates to provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex acute healthcare estate.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Estates, you’ll lead the delivery of safe, compliant and resilient Estates Services while driving estate strategy, infrastructure investment, sustainability initiatives and service improvement.

As Head of Estates, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future development of a major healthcare estate, balancing operational excellence with long-term planning, sustainability and infrastructure investment.

We’re looking for a visible and collaborative leader who can inspire teams, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement across Estates Services.

What You’ll Do
