Location: Bath

A leading Healthcare provider in Bath is seeking an experienced Head of Estates and Projects Manager to join their Senior Management Team during an exciting period of transformation and development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Estates Project Manager to take the lead on a range of capital projects, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of the estate while also overseeing key operational teams in Facilities Management,

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ongoing construction and refurbishment projects across the site.

Ensure all estates and facilities are maintained to the highest safety and compliance standards.

Provide day-to-day leadership and support to operational teams.

Deliver projects on time and within budget, liaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Play a key role in the strategic development of the site and its services.

About You:

The client is looking for an experienced Estates/ Facilities Project Manager with Health care/Hospital experience.

A Construction related qualification.

Proven experience in Estates and project management of capital works.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Experience managing both strategic projects and day-to-day operational services.
