IWFM, a leading independent school in Greater London, is seeking an experienced estates or operations leader to shape the future of its facilities.

Reporting to the Head, you will oversee estates, facilities, health and safety, security, transport, grounds and lettings, with strategic responsibility for budgets and continuous improvement across the School. This is a high-visibility role combining day-to-day oversight with long‑term projects.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced estates or operations professional to lead a busy operations team and play a key role in shaping the future of a thriving independent school.

Working closely with the Head, you will have strategic responsibility for all aspects of estates and operational management, including facilities,cleaning, health and safety, security, transport, grounds and commercial lettings. You will ensure that our pupils, staff and visitors benefit from a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment while helping to drive continuous improvement across the School.

This is a highly varied and rewarding leadership position, combining day-to-day operational oversight with exciting long-term projects, including estate development and refurbishment initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team, manage significant budgets, oversee compliance and health and safety, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the School community.
