Cornerstone is seeking a Head of Estate Management and Strategy in the UK to lead a critical function overseeing estate performance, governance, assurance and supplier relationships. You will drive the Estates Strategy, data-led decision making and strategic change across the portfolio.

Formación

• Significant experience leading large-scale property, infrastructure, telecoms or asset management operations.
• Proven track record delivering measurable performance improvements and strategic change.
• Strong governance, assurance, risk management and performance frameworks experience.
• Commercially minded leadership with experience managing strategic suppliers and outsourced service models.
• Ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with senior stakeholders, customers, shareholders and external partners.
• Strong financial, analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear outcomes.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and creating cultures built on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Executive-level presenting and reporting to leadership teams and governance forums.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estate performance, governance, supplier management and assurance across the UK portfolio.
• Shape and deliver the Estates Strategy and Roadmap, driving efficiency and commercial performance.
• Champion initiatives including Site Access Assurance, Revenue Assurance and Margin Optimisation.
• Strengthen portfolio intelligence, data quality and risk-based decision making for growth.
• Oversee strategic supplier relationships and outsourced delivery partners for strong outcomes.
• Drive process simplification, automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex commercial, operational, legal and regulatory matters.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting to Leadership Teams and Boards.
