In 2025, we are building on this success by formally integrating social and governance principles into our ESG strategy.

By tracking sustainability performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, engaging key stakeholders, and driving corporate responsibility strategies, we are strengthening our long-term resilience. The Head of ESG & Impact will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing Silverstone’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and industry best practices. This role will oversee the development and execution of sustainability initiatives, including environmental impact reduction, social engagement and governance compliance.
37.5 hours per week; minimum 3 days/ week at Silverstone; ability to work evenings and weekends during events; some travel for meetings and conferences required
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include building on the success of the Shift to Zero Sustainability strategy to develop and implement Silverstone’s ESG strategy, leading sustainability partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance and integrating ESG principles across all business activities. The Head of ESG & Impact will also drive key projects such as sustainable energy initiatives, green transport planning, road to Net Zero and community engagement programmes and be responsible for establishing broader social impact programmes.
