Responsibilities

Overall management of the EIA Business Unit:

1. Oversee the operations and implement appropriate business strategies.
2. Ensure effective Health and Safety in the Unit.
3. Participate in Monthly Planning Board Meetings to ensure key decisions benefit the Unit, Division, and Stakeholders.
4. Review and sign off tender pricing.
5. Ensure the Unit operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, sharing best practices.

Team Leadership and Development

Oversee recruitment and development of team members.
