• Overall management of the EIA Business Unit: Oversee operations, implement business strategies, ensure effective health and safety, participate in planning meetings, review tender pricing, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit and develop staff, communicate effectively, lead projects, manage budgets, and plan resources.
