Location: This position can be run from either North Lincolnshire or North Dublin (with site travel as required)
Salary: up to£95,000 + Benefits

Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and strategic Group Head of HSE to take full ownership of the Health, Safety, and Environmental function across the organisation. This role is integral to maintaining a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for setting HSE strategy, managing compliance frameworks, and leading a high-performing safety team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in driving forward organisational wellbeing and sustainability. You'll lead a company-wide culture shift in HSE awareness and responsibility, while also ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
