Are you ready to take ownership of safety and security across a diverse portfolio of offices? Our client are looking for a proactive Health, Safety & Security Lead to drive compliance, culture, and operational excellence across UK and international offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead health, safety, and security strategy across multiple locations, ensuring full compliance with legislation and ISO standards.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks, emergency response plans, and global safety systems.
  • Deliver training, oversee investigations, and manage accident reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, and senior stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture.
  • Manage audits, third-party consultants, and contract security teams.
  • Coordinate insurance risk, business continuity, and crisis management initiatives.
  • Liaise with local authorities and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and preparedness.
What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in health & safety roles within construction, engineering, facilities, or office environments.
