Head of English/Teacher – The Role:

• Permanent, full-time English Teacher position commencing in September
• £42,500 – £56,525 annual salary + TLR (varying)
• Plan and deliver outstanding lessons
• Developing and implementing exciting KS3 & KS4 English curriculum
• Monitoring and progressing the development of your staff
• Leading department of experienced and newly qualified individuals
• Fostering a warm, inclusive and hard-working English department
• Regularly meeting with staff members to discuss effectiveness of learning techniques and strategies
• Cultivate passion within your subject specialism
• Manage student behaviour as and where appropriate
