The School requires from January 2026: Head of New Hall English Language Academy. Salary: £45,239pa – £51,511pa. All year-round position. 40 days’ holiday (including bank holidays). Discounted annual membership for New Hall Sport Club. Lunch without charge in term time. Excellent benefits & CPD.

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and dedicated leader to play a key role in the life of New Hall as the Head of our newly launched English Language Academy. The successful candidate will join our vibrant community, leading our English Language Academy, directing the teaching of English as an Additional Language (EAL) and enhancing the boarding life of the School.

New Hall School offers an exceptional working environment, set in a stunning Grade I listed building that is the former Tudor palace of Beaulieu. With a staff of around 300, New Hall is a warm, welcoming and supportive community. A new London rail station will open in 2025, at New Hall’s front gate: Stratford, 26 minutes; London Liverpool Street, 34 minutes.
