The Role - Head of English and Media

1. As Head of English and Media you will lead and develop the English and Media department to ensure outstanding teaching and learning at our school in Rainham.
2. Inspire students and staff through excellent curriculum design and innovative teaching methods.
3. Foster a culture of high achievement and ambition within the faculty.
4. Support and guide a team of dedicated educators while maintaining a strong focus on professional development.

Position Details:

1. Start Date: September 1st, 2025
2. Salary: £36,413 - £53,994 (Main/Upper Pay Scale) + TLR 1B (£12,033) (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
3. Location: Rainham
