Job summary

You will inspire colleagues, develop staff, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school, with a focus on improving progress and attainment across KS3 and KS4.

You will be an active, visible presence in the department, setting high standards and ensuring that all pupils are challenged and supported to achieve their best.
