Qualifications

• Experience within a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
• Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Adaptable leadership style suited to a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering team through significant change.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance strategies.
• Oversee and enhance Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Drive evolution of the CMMS for better maintenance planning.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff.
