Rolls-Royce is seeking a Head of Engineering Producibility (Valves and Vessels) for the Submarines programme in Derby. You will act as the prime engineering and programme interface, overseeing safety, cost and schedule, and ensuring adherence to Rolls-Royce quality systems throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires leadership of a technical team and delivery of the defined statement of work. Candidates should have a degree, lifecycle management experience, and hands-on experience with product

• Degree-qualified engineer with relevant domain knowledge.
• Experience with product change control and design reviews (PCB and DDRAM).
• Lifecycle management experience and ability to drive schedules.
