Pratap Executive in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced engineering leader to assume Head of Engineering at a high‑spec manufacturing business. You will shape strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team and advance advanced ceramic production capabilities.

The role covers new product development, process improvements, and turning ceramic technologies into reliable, scalable production. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain to drive growth.

Formación

• Experience leading engineering teams in high‑temperature manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ceramic processes: injection moulding, slip casting, debinding, firing/sintering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering strategy and capability across the organisation.
• Drive new product development from concept through to robust series production.
• Improve process capability, yield and quality; act as senior technical authority.
