Are you a Head of Engineering or similar with an Ex-Military / Aviation background looking to join an established aviation company that maintains a fleet of helicopters for training and private flights? In this role, you will manage the planning and maintenance for all helicopters across four unique bases.

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing aviation company that has been servicing helicopters for over 40 years. They operate four bases across England, each carrying out different functions, including a flight school and a base for chartered flights.

You will be stationed at the company's Biggin Hill location but will oversee four locations across the country. You will be responsible for overseeing and signing off on all maintenance of the company's vehicles. You will schedule and liaise with base managers to ensure all work is undertaken to authority standards.

The Role

1. Manage maintenance for the company's fleet of helicopters
2. Sign off on maintenance carried out
3. Liaise with base managers
4. Ensure health and safety compliance
5. Mentor junior engineers
