Are you a Head of Engineering looking to join a manufacturing powerhouse that offers autonomy and the opportunity to be instrumental in their ongoing growth?

The Head of Engineering and Production will be responsible for Engineering, SHEQ, Production, and overall Operations of the site. The role oversees 120 staff across 78 acres.

This position is suitable for a Head of Engineering with production experience seeking a role in a blue-chip commercial company where they can make a meaningful impact on growth plans.

The Role:

1. Ensure all equipment operates at optimal performance
2. Drive efficiency and standardization within the production process
3. Develop and implement SHEQ procedures
4. Oversee overall site operations

The Person:

• Experience as a Head of Engineering or similar leadership role
