Are you ready to be part of a transformative journey in medical technology?

We're looking for a Global Engineering Manager to join a pioneering MedTech company based in the North West area.

As Global Engineering Manager, you'll lead and support our expanding UK and US engineering teams, focusing on staff development, performance, and well-being. Your responsibilities include implementing effective processes to support company growth, overseeing training programs for new engineers, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the design and manufacturing workflow. You'll manage project schedules, track performance metrics, and report to senior management. Additionally, you'll lead a team of engineers, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to product design, requiring strong technical knowledge in medical devices and related manufacturing processes.

This role is for a global position and is suitable for individuals based in the Northwest area. The role will require travel across the UK and overseas. Candidates should have experience working within a highly regulated industry, either with Medical Devices or within Bio-Medical.

Head of Engineering Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering – BioMedical, Engineering, etc.
• Experience managing teams of engineers
• Medical Device experience is essential
• Willingness to travel
