Your Strategic Impact

• Own the Engineering Roadmap: Develop proactive maintenance strategies (PPM/PdM) to maximise OEE across 24/7 production lines.
• Lead Multi-Million £ CAPEX: Spearhead site-wide investment programs – from automation upgrades to sustainability initiatives.
• Drive Cultural Change: Shift mindsets from reactive firefighting to predictive, data-led maintenance excellence.
• Innovate at Scale: Partner with R&D and operations to deploy new technologies for next-gen product lines.
• Mentor & Elevate Talent: Lead, develop, and inspire 50+ engineers and technical managers.

We Need Your Leadership Pedigree

• Proven FMCG/Pharma Background: Senior engineering leadership in fast-moving, regulated environments (food manufacturing essential).
• Technical Credibility: Degree/apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + deep operational expertise.
• Large-Scale Team Builder: Experience managing 50+ multidisciplinary teams across shifts.
• Transformation Catalyst: A track record of implementing TPM, Lean, or reliability-centred maintenance cultures.
