• Experience building DevOps capabilities and embedding CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms (AWS/VMware).
• Clear understanding of software delivery methodologies and QA practices.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams and influence decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

The Role:
As Head of Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of a key technology workstream, championing modern engineering practices and embedding a strong DevOps mindset across the teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for guiding software delivery, strengthening collaboration, and supporting the shift from monolithic systems to microservices.
