Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading engineering functions in digital or tech-led businesses.
  • Strong technical background in C# .NET environments.
  • Experience building DevOps capabilities and embedding CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms (AWS/VMware).
  • Clear understanding of software delivery methodologies and QA practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and define engineering best practices across the workstream.
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps principles to streamline delivery and operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop a plan to address technical debt.
  • Oversee and support engineering squads to ensure efficient team structures.
  • Maintain stability and performance across platforms.
  • Encourage internal development through coaching and training opportunities.
  • Implement reporting tools and metrics to track progress and improve processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for guiding software delivery, strengthening collaboration, and supporting the shift from monolithic systems to microservices.This is an exciting time to join!
