CMS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Service for Enforcement to provide strategic leadership with accountability for all aspects of service delivery, people plans and embedding significant change including digitalisation and demand deduction.

You will lead a large, multi-location team and oversee workforce planning, performance management and outsourcing partnerships, while shaping the CMS strategy in line with the DWP 2030 vision.

Formación

• Strong track record of leading large teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to use MI and data to identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Excellent communication with ministers, senior leaders and colleagues.
• Experience building relationships with ministers, HR, policy, digital and external groups.
• Experience leading major change programmes including digital improvements.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and building learning culture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the Enforcement service and oversee delivery and people plans.
• Lead workforce planning, capability development and performance management across locations.
• Drive digital transformation and a new operating model aligned to the DWP 2030 Strategy.
• Manage outsourced partnerships and the Financial Investigations Unit and respond to FOI requests.
• Travel across the UK and work across remote and multi-location environments.
• Engage with ministers, MPs and stakeholders to enable successful outcomes.
