Head of EMEA Institutional Client Relationship Management

This role is ideal for someone with experience in client service or relationship management.

About the job:

As Head of Institutional Client Relationship Management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to Aviva Investors' institutional clients. You will lead a team focused on relationship management and proactive servicing, aiming to:

• Retain clients through high satisfaction levels
• Expand relationships via cross-selling opportunities

You will develop strong internal relationships across Aviva Investors' Distribution, Investment, and Operations teams. Managing a team of Client Relationship Directors and Managers, you will ensure high-quality relationship management and client service, developing strategies to maximize cross-selling potential and maintaining Client Engagement Plans.

Skills and Experience:

• Team management experience preferred
• IMC qualification required
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, including public and private markets
• Client-centric mindset focused on solutions
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and ability to foster this in others
