Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads software engineering teams and drives performance.
• Background in embedded software, high-performance computing or HW-tied software.
• Experience improving engineering processes and delivery methods.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile, and CI/CD.
• Collaborative leadership style; coaches, challenges and holds people accountable.
• Ability to influence engineers and stakeholders and convert strategy into action.
• Wireless experience is advantageous but not required.
• Leads a team of highly capable engineers and scales software function.
