HRtechX is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them include:

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, and maximize revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data
  • Copywrite and design emails and email campaigns (with support from our Graphic Designer) to promote our events like webinars and conferences
  • Continuously learn and optimize future campaigns and strategies
  • Acquire and activate reactive leads
  • Coordinate with Content and Sales teams to target the right audience
  • Sell tickets and increase registrants by managing our marketing inbox
What we expect from you

You possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency, a relentless drive to excel, and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are proactive, follow through on commitments, humble, and share our passion for building and executing new businesses. Additionally, we expect that you:

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
  • Possess a UK work permit
  • Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail

Note: We work from our office next to Victoria Station Monday through Friday; remote work is not offered.
