Job summary

HRtechX, based in London, seeks a Head of Email Marketing to lead the email strategy and campaigns for its fast-growing events and content business. You will own content marketing, work closely with the CEOs on execution, and build scalable email programs that drive engagement and revenue.

You will manage a data-driven email stack, analyse performance, and mentor junior team members. This role offers significant growth, exposure to leadership, and an opportunity to shape our marketing impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree with outstanding results.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns and segment databases to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Copywrite and design emails and campaigns to drive focus on events such as webinars and conferences.
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales teams to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox

Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
