Job summary

HRtechX, based in London, is seeking an Email Marketing Associate to help build and scale our content marketing for a fast-growing HRtech community. You will own email campaigns, collaborate with the CEO on marketing execution, and drive events like webinars and conferences while delivering tangible results.

You will work from our London HQ with a hands-on startup culture, ownership of projects, and clear opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed with outstanding results.
• Must have a UK work permit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns and segment CRM databases.
• Copywrite and design emails with support from the Graphic Designer.
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with Content and Sales to reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrations via the marketing inbox.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting our databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database
• Copywrite and design (with help from our Graphic Designer) emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences)
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox

Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Victoria Station) and do not offer remote work.
